We do accept insurance. We are in network with Medicare Part B & Tricare insurances. We are out of network with commercial insurance carriers, however you may use your out of network benefits, FSA or HSA. Payment is due when services are rendered as we are a fee for service company.

No, you do not need a physician referral for physical therapy in Washington, DC, Maryland or Virginia due to direct access. ​ If using your Medicare Part B benefit to cover your physical therapy service, referral or physical therapy order is now required by Medicare as of 2025.

Upon scheduling, a request for deposit will be sent and at the end of each session, an invoice will be sent for remaining balance due. Unpaid balances at the end of treatment session will result in cancellation of additional scheduled visits. If using Medicare or Tricare benefit, copayment is due at each service.

Telehealth PT is a service we offer through our patient portal to provide physical therapy services through the internet. Microsoft Teams is the preferred platform.
