We do accept insurance. We are a Medicare Part B provider. We are out of network with all commercial insurance carriers. Payment is due when services are rendered as we are a fee for service company.

No, you do not need a physician referral for physical therapy in Washington, DC, Maryland or Virginia due to direct access. ​ If using your Medicare Part B benefit to cover your physical therapy service, referral is preferred, not required.

Upon scheduling, a request for deposit will be sent and at the end of each session, an invoice will be sent for remaining balance due. Unpaid balances at the end of treatment session will result in cancellation of additional scheduled visits. If using Medicare benefit, copayment is due at each service.

Telehealth PT is a service we offer through our patient portal to provide physical therapy services through the internet. Microsoft Teams is the preferred platform.
