What We Do
Do you accept insurance? We do accept insurance. We are a Medicare Part B provider. We are out of network with all commercial insurance carriers. Payment is due when services are rendered as we are a fee for service company.
Do I need a physician referral? No, you do not need a physician referral for physical therapy in Washington, DC, Maryland or Virginia due to direct access. If using your Medicare Part B benefit to cover your physical therapy service, referral is preferred, not required.
How will I be billed for services?Upon scheduling, a request for deposit will be sent and at the end of each session, an invoice will be sent for remaining balance due. Unpaid balances at the end of treatment session will result in cancellation of additional scheduled visits. If using Medicare benefit, copayment is due at each service.
What states do you offer your service?Washington, DC, Maryland & Virginia.
What is Telehealth PT?Telehealth PT is a service we offer through our patient portal to provide physical therapy services through the internet. Microsoft Teams is the preferred platform.
What are your rates?Rates are provided upon scheduling.
We treat in each domain of physical therapy:
Our Service Goal
Assessment & clinical impression forms an integral part of our approach to treating the whole body—not just a complaint in isolation. This service is fundamental to ensuring our patients’ long-term health and wellness. We strive to provide excellence in customer service and clinical rehabilitation practice.
Caring for Community
We share with local community groups, schools, churches, organizations and more regarding health topics in the field of physical or recreational therapy.
We consult and advise with resources - e.g. prosthetic and orthotic supplies, appropriate assistive device(s), etc. PT education is included in every visit - however, it can be the sole service provided via telehealth only.
